To Book Your Party, a non-refundable deposit is required via Interact E-Transfer. Once your party is booked you are able to reschedule with a $50 rescheduling fee. You may reschedule your party up to 7 days in advanced, otherwise it will be considered a cancelation.

Princesses are available for bookings 2 months in advanced, on Saturday and Sunday between 10:30am - 5pm. Weekday and evening bookings are available upon special request and require a small additional fee. We will do our best to accommodate the needs of each client. Please contact Magic Castle Princess for further information.

To book your party, deposit must be paid and you will receive a confirmation with the date, time, location, and Princess(s) booked. Please review your booking confirmation to ensure information is correct. The remainder of payment is due at the time of your party, Cash in an envelope to the Princess. We ask payment is made discreetly at the end of the party.

Our parties are most suited for 20 guests or under for the 1 hour & 80 minute celebrations. If you have more than 20 guests at your party, the Princess will adjust the programming to accomidate. No additional charges will be applied.

Each Performer requires a chair and a standard electrical plug close by. A small floor space is best where there is room for the children to sit on the floor in a circle. The average size living room with the coffe table moved is enough space. Parties may be held at event spaces, however a quiet private room must be avaliable for the duration of your party. We ask children refrain from eating and drinking throughout the Princess's performance.

Parking arrangements are manditory for your Princess upon her arrival. Please ensure there is room on your driveway, as the Princess has lots of magical items and her fanciest ballgown on. During the winter, please be sure there is a safe and clear path to the front door. If there is only paid parking available, please pay for parking upon the Princess's arrival. Magic Castle Princess is not responsible for any parking expenese.

Please let your guests know to arrive atleast 30minutes before the Princess arrives. Your Princess will arrive promptly at the scheduled time of your party. If your guests are late, the Princess may delay the start of the program by 10minutes however she has a busy schedule and can not delay beyond 10minutes.

At this time, Magic Castle Princess Parties are available in English only.

In the event of bad weather, illness/accidents, or events outside of our control, Magic Castle Princess Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule your party. In the event our Princess can not get to your event on the day of your scheduled party, Magic Castle Princess guarantees to reschedule your event on an agreed upon date, will a complimentary party. Your deposit will be fully refunded.
